This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Knowledge Book mobile application (App) is provided by Yuki Techverse Team

1. ZERO COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Knowledge Book is designed to be privacy-first. We do not collect, store, or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from you or your device.

This means we do not ask for, collect, or process any information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, precise geolocation, device identifiers, or any other data that could identify you individually. Your usage is kept private and unlinked to any personal identity.


2. SUBSCRIPTION AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS (RAZORPAY)

Access to the educational content, quizzes, and biographies within the App requires a subscription or one-time payment.


A. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR SOLELY RAZORPAY

We do not process, store, or have access to your sensitive financial information (e.g., bank account details, credit card numbers) used for the purchase of a subscription.

All payment transactions are handled entirely and exclusively by our designated third-party payment processor, **RAZORPAY**.

By purchasing a subscription, you are providing your payment information directly to Razorpay, and your transaction is governed by their respective privacy policy and terms of service. We only receive confirmation from Razorpay that a payment has been successfully processed, allowing us to grant you access to the App's features.


B. COMMITMENT TO FAIR PRICING

We guarantee that the subscription price presented to you on the payment screen is the final price. There are no hidden charges, unexpected fees, or recurring charges beyond the clearly disclosed subscription or one-time payment.


C. ANONYMOUS USAGE DATA (NON-PERSONAL)

We may use completely anonymous and non-personal data internally for the sole purpose of improving the App and fixing bugs. This may include:


Screen views and navigation paths within the App.

The frequency and duration of App usage sessions.

Information about crashes or errors.

This information is aggregated, cannot be linked back to any individual user, and is purely technical.


3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App uses certain third-party services that may collect information to support their respective functions.


THIRD-PARTY SERVICE: RAZORPAY

PURPOSE: Securely handles all App subscription and payment processes on our behalf.

TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED BY THIRD PARTY: Payment information, transactional data, billing details (as required by Razorpay).


THIRD-PARTY SERVICE: GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES

PURPOSE: Provides core system functions, updates, and basic crash reporting required for the Android ecosystem.

TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED BY THIRD PARTY: Device-specific data, usage statistics, crash logs.

We strongly advise you to review the privacy policies of these third parties, as we have no control over the data they collect.


4. LOG DATA

In case of an error in the App, we rely on third-party services (such as Google Play Services) to collect data and information (through third-party products) called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.


5. SECURITY

We value your trust in our commitment to not collect your data. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect against any breach, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100 percent secure and reliable.


6. CHILDRENS PRIVACY

The App, Knowledge Book, is an educational resource suitable for all ages. Given that we do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children, the App is fully compliant with the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so that we can take necessary actions.
